WELCOME !!

WELCOME !!

You are our honored guest.

What to expect ...

Worship is both joyful and respectful.  In John 4: 23-24, Jesus commanded our worship to be offered "in spirit and truth".

When you visit us on Sunday, you will see that we sing praises and pray to God.  We partake of the Lord's Supper to commemorate and celebrate the death, burial and resurrection of our Lord Jesus Christ.    A lesson will be brought from the Scriptures.  A collection will be made for the work of this congregation.

You can expect for the service to be Biblical in practice and reverent in tone. There will be:

  • Singing
Just like the first century Christians we read about in the bible, we will sing psalms, hymns and spiritual songs (Ephesians 5:19).
  • Prayer
Time will be spent praying to our Heavenly Father (Acts 2:42).
  • The Lord’s Supper
On Sundays we will partake of the Lord’s Supper as Jesus instructed us to do on the first day of the week (1 Cor 11:23-29).
  • Giving
On Sundays, time will be taken for the members of the congregation to give a contribution from their earnings (1 Cor 16:1-2).
Visitors are never asked or expected to contribute their funds.
  • Preaching and Teaching
There will be a gospel sermon (Acts 20:7).
We strive to have our sermons apply to everyday and spiritual living. You are welcome to ask questions following the worship service.

We also assemble on Sunday morning prior to our worship and Wednesday evening for Bible study.   Titus 2:1-15

Bible Classes are available for all ages on Sunday morning and Wednesday evening.
Children's classes introduce students to the major themes, characters and teachings of the Bible.
Adult classes are available for new Christians and for those who have been studying the Bible for many years.

In all of our classes, everyone is encouraged to ask questions, make comments and to grow in the grace and knowledge of Jesus Christ.  (2 Peter 3:18)

Worshiping God together in these ways encourages all of us.  It fills us with spiritual strength and motivates us to live for Jesus through the week.

When you visit one of our services, we will do our best to make you feel welcomed.
It is not our intention to make you feel uncomfortable or embarrass you.
Someone may ask you to fill out a visitor's card so we may thank you for your visit.

As a general guideline, Bible classes are about 45 minutes long.
